ಮೂಡುಬಿದಿರೆಯ ಆಳ್ವಾಸ್ ಎಂಜಿನಿಯರಿಂಗ್ ಮತ್ತು ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ (AIET)ಗೆ ‘ಎ+’ ಮಾನ್ಯತೆ - ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದಲ್ಲೂ ಆಳ್ವಾಸ್ ಅನನ್ಯ

ವಿದ್ಯಾಗಿರಿ: ಮೂಡುಬಿದಿರೆಯ ಆಳ್ವಾಸ್ ಎಂಜಿನಿಯರಿಂಗ್ ಮತ್ತು ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ (AIET)ಗೆ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಮೌಲ್ಯಾಂಕನ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾನ್ಯತಾ ಪರಿಷತ್  (NAAC)  ಮೊದಲ ಸುತ್ತಿನಲ್ಲೇ ಸಿಜಿಪಿಎ 3.32 ನೊಂದಿಗೆ ‘ಎ+’ ಮಾನ್ಯತೆ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಮುಂದಿನ ಐದು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಅವಧಿಯ ಈ ಮಾನ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನು 17 ಜನವರಿ 2023ರಂದು ಘೋಷಿಸಿದೆ.

ನ್ಯಾಕ್ ತಂಡದ ಭೇಟಿ, ಪರೀಶಿಲನೆ

ಆಂಧ್ರ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ  ಪೂರ್ವ ಗೋದಾವರಿಯ ಆದಿಕವಿ ನನ್ನಯಾ ವಿವಿಯ ಸಿಎಸ್‌ಇ ಕಾಲೇಜ್ ಆಫ್ ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರಿAಗ್‌ನ ಕುಲಪತಿ ಡಾ ಸುರೇಶ್ ವರ್ಮಾ ನ್ಯಾಕ್ ತಂಡದ  ನೇತ್ರತ್ವವಯಿಸಿದ್ದರು.  ಪಾಂಡಿಚೇರಿ ವಿವಿಯ ಸ್ಕೂಲ್ ಆಫ್  ಮ್ಯಾನೇಜ್ಮೆಂಟ್‌ನ ಪ್ರಾಧ್ಯಾಪಕಿ ಡಾ ಮಾಲಬಿಕ ಡಿಯೋ ಹಾಗೂ  ಅಮರಾವತಿಯ ಶ್ರೀ ಶಿವಾಜಿ ಎಜುಕೇಶನ್ ಸೊಸೈಟಿಯ ಕರ‍್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಡಾ ವಿಜಯ್ ಠಾಕ್ರೆ ತಂಡದ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ಈ ಮೂವರ ನ್ಯಾಕ್ ತಂಡವು 2023ರ ಜನವರಿ 13 ಮತ್ತು 14ರಂದು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗೆ (AIET) ಎರಡು ದಿನಗಳ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಸಿದ್ಧತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಪೂರಕ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೂಲಂಕಷವಾಗಿ ಮೌಲ್ಯಮಾಪನ ನಡೆಸಿತ್ತು.

ನ್ಯಾಕ್‌ನ ಗುಣಾತ್ಮಕ ಮಾಪನದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಏಳು ಆಯಾಮಗಳ ಆಧಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ತಂಡವು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೂಕ್ಷ್ಮ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಾಪನ ನಡೆಸಿತು. ಈ ಆಯಾಮಗಳಾದ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಪಠ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಅಂಶಗಳು, ಬೋಧನೆ- ಕಲಿಕೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಮೌಲ್ಯಮಾಪನೆ, ಸಂಶೋಧನೆ, ಆವಿಷ್ಕಾರ ಮತ್ತು ವಿಸ್ತರಣಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳು, ಮೂಲಸೌಕರ್ಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಲಿಕಾ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲಗಳು, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹ ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರಗತಿ, ಆಡಳಿತ, ನಾಯಕತ್ವ ಮತ್ತು ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಂಸ್ಥಿಕ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಉನ್ನತ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸಗಳ ಆಧಾರದಲ್ಲಿ  ತಂಡವು ಜನವರಿ 14ರಂದು ನಡೆದ ನಿರ್ಗಮನ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಶಂಸೆ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿತ್ತು. 

ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಿತ ಆಳ್ವಾಸ್ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಾನದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ, ಡಾ.ಎಂ. ಮೋಹನ ಆಳ್ವ ಅವರ ದೂರದೃಷ್ಟಿತ್ವದ ನಾಯಕತ್ವ ಹಾಗೂ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟಿ ಎಂ.ವಿವೇಕ ಆಳ್ವ ಅವರ ದಿಟ್ಟ ಮುಂದಾಳತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು (AIET) ಐಐಎಸ್‌ಸಿ ಇಸ್ರೊ, ಎನ್‌ಆರ್‌ಎಸ್‌ಸಿ, ಕುಮಮೊಟೊ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯ- ಜಪಾನ್, ಎಸ್‌ಕೆಎಫ್, ಟಿಸಿಎಸ್-ಐಯಾನ್, ಟೊಯೊಟೊ- ಕಿರ್ಲೊಸ್ಕರ್ ಮತ್ತಿತರ  ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಜೊತೆ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಸಹಯೋಗ ಹಾಗೂ ಒಪ್ಪಂದ (MoU)ಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಮಕಾಲೀನ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಆಧಾರಿತ ಜಗತ್ತಿನ ಸವಾಲಿಗೆ ಸಿದ್ಧಗೊಳಿಸಿದೆ.  ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಿತ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ- ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆಗಳ ಜೊತೆ ಸಕ್ರಿಯ ಸಹಭಾಗಿತ್ವಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಉನ್ನತ ಧೋರಣೆಯ ಕಾರಣ ನ್ಯಾಕ್ ಎ+ ಶ್ರೇಣಿ ಮಾನ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನು ಸಿಜಿಪಿಎ 3.32ರ ಜೊತೆ ನೀಡಿದೆ.  

ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ (AIET) ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ಸೈನ್ಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಎಂಜಿನಿಯರಿAಗ್ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿದ್ಯುನ್ಮಾನ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂವಹನ ಎಂಜಿನಿಯರಿAಗ್ ನಿಕಾಯವು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಮೌಲ್ಯಾಂಕನ ಮಂಡಳಿ (NBA)ಯಿAದ 2019 ಮತ್ತು 2022ರಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂರು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಅವಧಿಗೆ ಮಾನ್ಯತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಮರು ಮಾನ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಿದೆ.

ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲ ಡಾ ಪೀಟರ್ ಫೆರ್ನಾಂಡಿಸ್, ಐಕ್ಯೂಎಸಿ ಹಾಗೂ ನ್ಯಾಕ್ ಸಂಚಾಲಕ ಡಾ ದತ್ತಾತ್ರೇಯ ನೇತ್ರತ್ವದ ಅಧ್ಯಾಪಕರ ತಂಡವು ನ್ಯಾಕ್ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ಮುಂದೆ ಅಗತ್ಯ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದರು.

ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಾದ ನ್ಯಾಕ್ ನೀಡಿದ ಎ+ ಮಾನ್ಯತೆಯು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಉನ್ನತ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಗುಣಾತ್ಮಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನು ದೇಶದ ನಕಾಶೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗುರುತಿಸುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿದೆ.  ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ (AIET) ಬೋಧಕ ಹಾಗೂ ಬೋಧಕೇತರ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಸಮಗ್ರ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನದ ಫಲವಾಗಿ ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ  ‘ಸ್ವಾಯತ್ತ’  (Autonomous)ದತ್ತ ದೃಢ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆ ಇಡುತ್ತಿದೆ.

Alva’s Institute of Engineering and Technology gets A+ accreditation from NAAC

 

Moodubidire: National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), accredited Alva’s Institute of Engineering and Technology (AIET), Moodubidire with a Grade of A+ with a CGPA of 3.32 in first cycle for a period of 5 years. A three members’ committee of NAAC peer team, evaluated through an onsite visit for two days from 13th to 14th January 2023.

 

After a meticulous evaluation of the institute on seven different dimensions of the NAAC qualitative metrics -Curricular Aspects, Teaching-learning and Evaluation, Research, Innovations and Extension, Infrastructure and Learning Resources, Student Support and Progression, Governance, Leadership and Management and  Institutional Values and Best Practices. The peer team concluded with a high note during an exit meeting on 14th January 2023.

AIET, under the flagship of Alva’s Education Foundation, Moodubidire, with its dynamic leadership by Chairman Dr. M Mohan Alva and Managing Trustee Vivek Alva, ensured that the institute is strongly coupled to the Industry, Academic collaboration and MoU with premier institutes viz., IISc, ISRO, NRSC, Kumamoto University-Japan, SKF, TCS-ion, TOYOTA-KIRLOSKAR to make the students Industry ready. An active collaboration with such stalwarts and uncompromising attitude towards quality education has led to fruition in academic excellence through NAAC A+ grade with a CGPA of 3.32.

 

 AIET has already been accredited and Re-accredited by National Board of Accreditation (NBA) towards its two program Computer Science & Engineering and Electronics & Communication Engineering in 2019 and 2022 for three years. With another accreditation grade of A+ by a government body such as NAAC, the AIET has put itself on the map of nation for quality of excellence in education. With the comprehensive effort of its teaching and Non-teaching staff of the Institute, AIET aim at fearlessly go ahead towards applying for Autonomous status.
